Mustard lane is an events and staffing company located in Midtown NY. In 2016 they acquired a portion of the 17th floor of 305 7th Ave in Chelsea. The project started with a needs assessment and survey of existing conditions and will finish with DOB filing, construction administration and coordination between the client and the existing landlord and building managers for the space.
In addition to office space for at least 6 people, the owner needed a small lobby for interviewees and potential new clients, at least 120 square feet of storage space, a pantry with enough food and kitchen storage to support a small event with catering and a flexible layout for events to actually take place.
